Key requisites are a genuine energy and dynamism that means you are both meticulous and organised, but also agile and able to think on your feet when an issue crops up at short-notice. Our role is 24/7, so you must be willing to work flexibly and sometimes reactively, but the rewards are attractive, both in terms of salary and bonuses, and job satisfaction.

Previous aviation experience is not necessary, but may be helpful; much more important is your attitude, and ability to approach a sometimes confusing situation with a positive manner, while being quick thinking, and thorough in how you deal with clients and providers alike.
